  • “How many legs does a dog have if you call the tail a leg?”

“Four. Calling a tail a leg doesn’t make it a leg.” So says the lanky Illinoisan Abe Lincoln.

And so, calling a pyramid scheme a business doesn’t make it a business.

What’s that? You don’t know how to tell the difference between a scam and a business?

Well, here’s the simplest way. If all the money and rewards go in only one direction, that is UP and away from you, you are in some kind of pyramid or Ponzi scheme.

When you are READILY rewarded for work you have done, other than one-time recruiting bonuses, you are in a legitimate business.

    Nothing teaches like experience!

For the serious inquirers, my mentors Bob and Anna Bassett from Leith, Ontario have a¬†series of articles on their blog that fills in with much more detail. They have been in the industry for 10 years and are not ashamed to say they have “made every mistake possible” in the network marketing arena, paving the way for their current¬†success.

Here’s the link to their informative site and their article How To Spot An Illegal Pyramid Scam

Now go out and pet only four-legged dogs!
